Lacy was our first broodmare when we started breeding 4 yrs. ago. Her original destiny was the jumper ring as she has excellent form, big scope and a wonderful mind. Shortly after starting training for amateur owner jumpers, misfortune rendered her permanently unsound for competition due to a tendon injury and a subsequent founder.
We regret that we were not more pro-active about getting jumping photos of her as we had no way to predict that she would never jump again, however, her talent is evident in her offspring all of which are scopy, bold jumpers with excellent technique. She consistently produces big, fancy sport horses with quiet, curious temperments that make them very easy to train.
Lacy stands 16'2 hands Her foals are all elegant, super smooth and easy to ride, naturally balanced, built uphill with strong hind quarters and brave enough to jump over any obstacle.
On May 1st 2006 Lacy gave birth to a BIG colt by Mezcalero (Voltaire/Ramiro).
In May of 2008 Lacy gave us a big, fancy, filly by ROC USA.
Both are offered for sale.
